Philodendron pseudoundulatum

Stem arborescent, robust, 1-1.5 m high, covered with sub-rhomboid scars of fallen leaves. LEAVES: Petiole semiterete, 60-90 cm long, 2-3 cm thick at the base, strongly attenuating towards the apex, blade coriaceous, dark green above, paler below, cordate-sagittate, 60-100 cm long, 40-70 cm wide, margin undulating, posterior lobes 25-35 cm long and sub-equal, sinus deep, anterior lobe 50-65 cm long, posterior ribs separated by a right angle, 4 thick lateral veins on the inner side of the posterior lobes, 2 on the outer side, anterior lobe with 5-7 on each side. INFLORESCENCE: Peduncle 10-15 cm long, 1-1.5 cm thick. Spathe coriaceous, white internally, oblong-ovate, apex 2-3 cm longly apiculate, 20-25 cm long, 8-10 cm wide. Spadix almost 20 cm long; female zone 3 cm long, almost 2 cm thick; sterile male zone 10 cm long, attenuating upwards; fertile zone 7 cm long. Pistils yellow, cylindroid, 8-10 locular. Staminodes clavate, 1-1.2 ('cm') [?mm] long. Anthers very slender, 6-8 mm long.
