Anthurium leonii

Distribution and habitats: — Endemic to the Minas Gerais state (Coelho et al. 2020), where it can be found in the municipalities of Alto Caparaó, in the Parque Nacional do Caparaó (Gonçalves 2005, Camelo et al. 2020), Lima Duarte, in the Parque Estadual de Ibitipoca, and near Carangola city, in the Montana Semideciduous Forest, at 1.280 – 1.320 m elevation above sea level (Temponi et al. 2012). Conservations status: — The species occurs have not been adequately documented and its only found in Minas Gerais state, based on this it was considered Data Deficient (DD). Paratypes: — BRAZIL.
